Independence Home Care is proud to spotlight Jessica Archer today. Jessica is one of our 3 client care coordinators who has been with us for over 3 years. I knew when I met Jessica that she not only had the skills necessary for the position, but her warm and friendly personality was perfect for our team. She works tougher with the entire team ensuring that all schedules and care needs are not only being met but also exceeded. Jessica’s wonderful attention to detail and organizational skills ensure that schedules, reminders, and communications between families and caregivers are all being met. She is always a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone for our clients and caregivers alike.
Thank you Jessica for always making sure all the details are taken care of!
With the owners of the company directly involved in the care for our clients, we provide a more compassionate hands-on-approach. We pride ourselves on hard work, honesty, and communication. Independence Home Care is truly unique in the services we provide when compared to other franchised and big business organizations.
