Independence Home Care presented to Atrium Post Acute Care of Princeton on October 26, 2017. We provided lunch and spoke about our unique discharge planning offered to those who are in need of home care once returning to their home. We met some wonderful staff members; social workers, nurses, physical therapists and several others. They were all very impressed with our quick turnaround time for those in need of immediate home care services. Not only do we staff efficiently, but we have our own team of nurses to follow up weekly the first 4 weeks and monthly ongoing at no additional cost to the client. This ensures that our clients and their patients remain healthy and happy in their home without returning to the hospital.
