Independence Home Care presented to Atrium Post Acute Care of Princeton on October 26, 2017. We provided lunch and spoke about our unique discharge planning offered to those who are in need of home care once returning to their home. We met some wonderful staff members; social workers, nurses, physical therapists and several others. They were all very impressed with our quick turnaround time for those in need of immediate home care services. Not only do we staff efficiently, but we have our own team of nurses to follow up weekly the first 4 weeks and monthly ongoing at no additional cost to the client. This ensures that our clients and their patients remain healthy and happy in their home without returning to the hospital. When we alleviate a return to the hospital, there is less risk for further infections, muscle atrophy, cognitive issues, increased depression, longer recovery, and longer hospital stay.
We pride ourselves on our exceptional customer service, client satisfaction, caregiver retention, and nursing support. In addition, we provide exceptional care and warmth to over 100 clients 365 days a year with our endless commitment to the elderly and disabled.
